I believe that change and healing are possible for each of us. Yet there are moments when we can find ourselves feeling alone and wondering ‘what’s the thing I am missing?’. When there is no movement, we may need to look back before we can go forward, or get clarity on what is happening inside ourselves before we can move towards change. I support people taking this brave journey, providing encouragement to transform old patterns into progress and healing.
With gentle support and compassion for the human experience you can begin to make sense of and heal from moments of hurt, stress, or trauma - completing the past to nurture new possibilities.
While the process and results for each person will be different, clients often comment that the approaches we use generate shifts that are meaningful in their lives. People have experienced a settling in their nervous system, a reduction in stress symptoms, greater self compassion and self knowledge, and gained access to more ease, trust, creativity and flow. I can say from my heart that your life can change and improve, as I have witnessed those shifts in my clients myself. I honour the uniqueness of each person's journey in our work and keep hope alive for our shared liberation.
